Bruschetta

Ingredients

4 - Large Tomatoes

1 tsp - Onion Powder

4 cloves - Fresh Garlic (minced)

1 - Baguette (Learn how to make it from scratch by clicking HERE)

8 oz - Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

4 tbsp - Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

6 tbsp - Olive Oil

Fresh Basil (Chopped)

Preparation

1. Dice large tomatoes into small cubes then put in large bowl. Add in olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar glaze, onion powder. Mix and add salt & pepper to taste. Allow tomatoes to marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Slice baguette and broil at 400*F for 6-7 minutes.

3. Remove bread from oven. Place1 slice of mozzarella on each slice of bread.

4. Drain tomato mixture well.

5. Top the bread with tomatoes. Drizzle on extra balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

6. Crack fresh sea salt over the top and garnish with freshly chopped basil.
