Ingredients
1/3 cup - White Sugar
2 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp - Sea Salt
1 - Large Egg White
1 tbsp - Melted Butter
1 tbsp - Water
1 lb - Pecans (Halved)
Preparation
1: Preheat oven to 250*F.
2: In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
3: In a small bowl, melt 1 tsbp of butter.
4: In a large bowl, whisk egg white and water until frothy. Add melted butter and continue to whisk.
5: Once well combined, toss pecans in egg white bowl, mixing until well coated.
6: Pour sugar mixture over pecans and stir until evenly coated.
7: Spread pecans over a baking sheet.
8: Bake in oven for 30-50 minutes, stirring every ten minutes. You will know pecans are done when they are well browned and no longer wet.
