EMSY AT HOME

Ingredients
1/2 cup - Warm Water
2 tsp - Instant Yeast
2 cups - All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp - Granulated Sugar
3 tbsp - Olive Oil
1/4 cup - Plain Yogurt
1 - Egg
1/2 tsp - Salt
2 tbsp - Melted Butter
1 tsp - Garlic Powder (or minced garlic)
1 tsp - Chopped Parsley
Preparation
1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Allow time to bubble (2-4 minutes).
2. Add flour, olive oil, yogurt, egg, and salt.
3. Clean then lightly flour a flat surface. Knead the dough until smooth.
4. Place the dough back into the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a tea towel. Allow the dough to rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat a skilled to medium heat.
6. Cut dough into eight pieces.
7. Clean then lightly flour a flat surface again. With a rolling pin, roll out each piece into a 6-7" circle.
8. Add olive oil to the pan, cook dough for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown or until bubbles form. Flip and repeat.
9. Keep naan on a plate and cover with aluminum foil or a tea towel until ready to serve.
10. In a small bowl, melt butter. Add in garlic powder and mix. Brush butter onto the top of each naan.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with sea salt.
