Ingredients
1 - Egg
1/4 tsp - Kosher Salt
1 tbsp - Red Wine Vinegar (Optional)
1 tbsp - Dijon Mustard (Optional)
1 tsp - Lemon Juice (Optional)
1 cup - Canola Oil
Preparation
1. Blend one egg in a large bowl for 20 seconds with a hand mixer on high.
2. Add salt, red wine vinegar (optional) and Dijon mustard (optional). Blend 20 seconds.
3. Add 1/4 cup of oil dripping slowly while blending. This will allow mixture to thicken and emulsify.
4. Once it begins to thicken, slowly add the rest of the oil. Blend until thick.
5. Add lemon juice and extra salt to taste (optional).
